treatment for long covid/vaccine
While the loudest "experts" have put all their eggs in the mrna vaccine basket, many doctors are trying to figure out treatments of many people with not just acute phase, but a wide range of lingering "abnormal" symptoms in some people after Covid recovery or after Covid vaccines.
By doing machine learning over a wide battery of biomarkers (e.g. blood tests) for these patients, they found out a common biomarker signature among such people, which further lead to a hypothesis about the cause (spike protein lingering monocyte cells), which lead to treatment strategies that seems to work (according to the doctors and patients, but no formal trial yet).
I find it intriguing that the same treatment works both for people with lingering symptoms after Covid and for the 100s of his patients who got similar lingering symptoms after the Covid vaccines. Not only is the treatment the same, even the biomarker signature is claimed to be almost the same. (I have not yet looked into the precision/sensitivity of their machine-learning-based predictor)
This appears to contradict what the fact-checkers have been loudly asserting without any EMPERICAL evidence: that the spike proteins produced by the mrna vaccines are sufficiently different from that of the virus such that the dangers of the virus spike protein, which appears to be harmful by itself, does not apply to the one generated by the mrna vaccines.
